DELIVERY AND METHOD POLICY

At Trivo Car Rental, our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable car delivery and return experience for all customers.

This policy outlines how and where vehicles are handed over and collected, including timing, fees, and conditions.

1. Delivery & Pickup Locations

  • Amman Office: Customers can collect or return vehicles at our main office during working hours.
  • Queen Alia International Airport: Airport pickup and drop-off services are available. Flight details must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Hotel or Residence Delivery: Delivery within Amman city is available upon request. Additional charges may apply for locations outside Amman.

2. Delivery and Return Timing

  • Operating Hours: Daily from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
  • After-Hours Service: Available upon request and may include an extra fee of 20 USD.
  • Late Return: Returns made more than one hour after the scheduled time without prior notice are subject to an additional daily charge.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Within Amman: Free of charge (for selected locations).
  • Outside Amman: Additional delivery fees apply depending on distance.
  • Airport Service (after 07:00 PM): A small surcharge may be applied for evening or late-night deliveries and returns.

4. Vehicle Condition and Handover

  • Each vehicle is inspected and cleaned before delivery.
  • Customers are required to review the vehicle’s condition and report any existing damage before signing the rental agreement.
  • Any unreported damage found upon return may be the renter’s responsibility.

5. Changing Delivery or Pickup Details

  • Changes to delivery time or location must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
  • Requests made later are subject to availability and possible extra charges.
  • Trivo Car Rental reserves the right to adjust or decline changes if logistics or timing cannot be accommodated.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • The customer must be present (or represented by an authorized person) during vehicle delivery and return.
  • All necessary documents — including ID, driving license, and payment method — must be provided at pickup.
  • Failure to provide required documents may delay or cancel the delivery.
